Drink Up: Thanksgiving Cocktails Around the World

‘Tis the time of year to be thankful for all that we have in our lives: our friends, our families and most importantly, our cocktails. Restaurants, hotels and cocktail bars around the world are paying homage to our American holiday of Thanksgiving, each celebrating the holiday in their own way with uniquely crafted Thanksgiving-themed cocktails.

For those celebrating Thanksgiving in London, check out the Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane for its “My Kind of Gravy” cocktail that features a classic, fruity Bourbon American whiskey, cinnamon sugar, carefully balanced lemon juice and sweet blueberry compote, a popular turkey garnish. To top it off, the drink is blended with egg whites to give it a rich texture and soft foam topping. This cocktail was the brainchild of Maurizio Palermon, the head bartender at BAR 45 as well as executive chef David McIntyre. Read on
